Leading Frozen Potato Supplier MAF Gateways Signs Full End-to-End Processing Line with FPS Food Process Solutions

FPS Food Process Solutions (“FPS”), a global leader in turn-key food processing technology, has secured an order from MAF Gateways, a leading distributor of frozen French fries, to deliver a complete end-to-end potato processing line for both local and international export markets.

The system will cover the full production process—from raw receiving and peeling to pulsed electric field treatment, blanching, cutting, drying, frying, freezing, grading, and packaging.

FPS will partner closely with MAF Gateways throughout the project lifecycle, including design, utilities planning, manufacturing, and installation. Finished products will be marketed under the Beit Al Gomla brand.
