NAF: Strong Growth & net profit rising 199%
Naf delivered a remarkable performance, with net profit rising 199% to SAR 5 million in H1 2026, supported by the launch of its second production line, higher sales volumes, new customer acquisition and improved operational efficiency.
Basil Al-Harb NAF CEO highlighted several key developments:
The second production line is expected to have a greater impact on performance during H2 2026.
Continued focus on cost management and improving profit margins.
Stable demand for feed in the Saudi market, supported by food security priorities and the livestock and poultry sectors.
Diversifying sourcing channels and strengthening inventory management to mitigate global shipping and supply-chain risks.
Revenue growth has been driven primarily by higher actual sales volumes and an expanding customer base, rather than price increases alone.
Moving to the Main Market remains one of the company’s key strategic objectives through 2030.
Naf is also evaluating acquisition and investment opportunities across feed, supply chains and food security when financially and strategically viable.
Profit growth. Production expansion. A clear 2030 strategy.
Naf is strengthening its position in the feed sector while contributing to Saudi Arabia’s broader food-security objectives.
