A major milestone for Saudi Arabia’s agriculture and animal health sectors has been achieved with the signing of definitive agreements between ARASCO and Al Jammaz Group to merge their respective subsidiaries, Alemar International Company and AlJammaz Agriculture Company, through the establishment of Al-Emar Golden Holding Company.
