Arabian Mills records 15.8% increase in net profit during first nine months of 2026

Saudi Arabia

Arabian Mills Company for Food Products reported a 15.8% increase in net profit for the first nine months of 2026, reaching SAR 208.53 million, compared with SAR 180.09 million during the same period in 2025.

The company’s financial results reflect continued growth in its core operations, supported by higher revenues from its flour and animal feed businesses, improved cost management and lower financing expenses.

Revenue increased by 4.2% to SAR 755.03 million, compared with SAR 724.71 million in the corresponding period last year. Gross profit rose by 8.5% to SAR 364.58 million, while operating profit increased by 7.8% to SAR 244.82 million.

Growth in the flour business was supported by a 5.1% increase in segment revenue. The company attributed this performance to stronger business-sector sales, a significant 29.9% increase in consumer sales, continued marketing and promotional activities, geographical expansion and the introduction of new products through modern retail and wholesale channels.

The animal feed segment also contributed to the positive results, with revenue increasing by 10.9%, equivalent to SAR 5.77 million, supported by growth in livestock feed sales of more than 12.3%.

In the third quarter of 2026, Arabian Mills recorded net profit of SAR 64.59 million, representing a 3.3% increase compared with SAR 62.54 million in the same quarter of 2025. Quarterly revenue reached SAR 251.64 million, up 2.1% year-on-year.

The company also benefited from improved management of general, administrative and operating expenses, alongside lower financing costs resulting from voluntary early loan repayments and higher returns on Sharia-compliant deposits.

The results highlight Arabian Mills’ continued efforts to strengthen its position in Saudi Arabia’s food production sector while expanding its presence in flour and animal feed markets
